If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on all international and domestic orders in their original condition within 10 days from time of shipment for a complete refund. Sale Items are final sale and non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If you would like to return an item for a different size, we suggest that you place a new order for the item right away before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your desired size is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process the refund and the amount to be returned to your card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Domestic shipping in the UAE is free and we do provide returns and exchanges.
