RETURN POLICY

International Returns: 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on all international and domestic orders in their original condition within 7 days from time of receiving the swims for a complete refund. Sale Items with a discount code of 15% and above are final sale and non-refundable.

The return courier is your choice. We recommend you choose a courier with tracking services to stay updated with the shipment information back to our warehouses. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund. Please note make up marks or any marks will be considered as worn items. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.

Once we have received your returned items, and the return condition requirements are met, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card.

EXCHANGE POLICY

International Exchanges:

We will gladly accept returns for exchanges on all international and domestic orders in their original condition within 7 days from time of receiving the swims.

If you would like to return an item for a different size or style, we offer an express return label free of charge once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item excluding the original shipping costs.

In case the city or country are not eligible for a return label, the return courier will be yours to select. We recommend you choose a courier with tracking services to stay updated with the shipment information back to our warehouses. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Once the items are received back in our warehouses, we will refund you the item price including the original shipping costs.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process the refund and the amount to be returned to your card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges:

Shipping in the UAE is free and we do provide returns.

In case of a return, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and a nominal fee of 40 AED will be applied upon collecting the returned item.

In case of an exchange for a different size or style, we offer free pick up and return once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style. Please note this procedure is only applicable for a one time only exchange where we offer a free delivery and pick up fee. If you wish to process a second exchange, a nominal fee of 40 AED will be applied upon collecting the second returned item. 

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
