Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Dubai within 24 to 48 hours. During sales and holiday seasons this period may be extended to 72 hours due to volume of orders. Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipping address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL or FedEx tracking number for you to track your package.

Express shipping (2-3 business days) - FREE

INTERNATIONAL

FedEx or DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) - 30 USD. Transit times may be affected in case of custom delays.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

We now ship duties and taxes paid. LÉA THE LABEL ships your package duties and taxes paid. In the event that the order is rejected, not delivered or returned, It will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you the amount paid, deducting the original shipping cost of 30 USD plus a return shipping fee of 50 USD.
