RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on all international orders in their original condition. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Sale Items with a discount code of 15% and above are final sale and non-refundable. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

To Initiate a return, please submit your return in our return portal  indicating your order number. 

Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund. Please note make up marks or any marks will be considered as worn items. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We provide door-to-door pick up service with a return label included at a nominal fee of $25 USD which will be deducted from your refund. 

Once we have received your returned items, and the return condition requirements are met, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card.

We will gladly accept exchanges on all international orders in their original condition. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Items sent back to us without a prior exchange request will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

To Initiate an exchange, please contact returns@leathelabel.com indicating your order number in order to provide you with the details required.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we offer a complimentary free return once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item excluding the original shipping costs. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UAE Returns and Exchange Policy

Shipping in the UAE is free and we do provide returns. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return.

In case of a return, we offer free door to door pick up.

In case of an exchange for a different size or style, we offer free pick up and return once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style. 

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
